Ecology and pollution of environment is one of the biggest issue on the world right now. Humanity have a huge problem with excesive quantity of rubbish which we are producing. Tones of plastic are swimming in Oceans. Another kinds of animals are dying irretrievably. Most of polish cities also are struggling with this problem, espcially when we are talking about SMOG and air condition. We are destroying our planet day, by day. But there is still a great number of people, who can’t raconcile with this fact, and the inhabitants of Wrocław are also in this group. A trend of being eco and living in harmony with nature is becoming more, and more visible everywhere around the globe. This trend is also great chance for all sort of brands to promote themselves. Check how it looks in Wrocław.
Vozilla – environment-friendly electric cars for rent
Sharing is now a very popular trend. It also applies
Nextbike – take care of your and
From March to October, Wrocław residents take care of their own form, but also reduce pollution in the city. All thanks to another rental company, which has been serving the city residents since 2011. Nextbike, an urban bicycle rental, is an inseparable element of the city today. The company offers cyclists a few dozen stations and several hundred bikes throughout the city. This is another example of how companies can efficiently join to the environmental protection trend, so that customers will be happy to use their services.
Fitness World – Your ecological gym in Wroclaw
The Fitness World fitness center operating in Wrocław meets the expectations of its clients and shows that it is possible to care for the environment regardless of the type of activity. The brand is promoted with posters informing how choosing the right materials and cleaning agents positively affects ecology. Thanks to the use of paper produced by Econatural and Fiberpack, they managed to process over 115,000 beverage cartons, reduce CO2 emissions by over 3000 kg and save nearly 50 trees.
The green race is just accelerating
As you can see, brands are already actively involved in the trend of ecological life, and customers only encourage them to use their services. I think that with time more companies will appear with new ideas. After all, we are all well aware of how much ecology still needs to be done in Poland.
More and more Wroclaw’s citizens run and you cannot miss it
Nowadays many people want to take care of their health and condition properly. However,it is not as easy as it may seem. It’s hard to change your lifestyle to a healthier and better one, but the easiest way to begin is to start jogging.
Running is the easiest, most natural form of activity, which can positively affect our health. It gives the quickest results and what’s important it doesn’t cost much. Thanks to jogging you will reduce the risk of heart and cardiovascular diseases, lose weight, shape your figure, but also improve the intelligence and the look of your skin.
People who run regularly, less often get sick, are less likely to succumb to colds and infections, but if they do, they process them mildly, especially when they run outside in the fresh air, regardless of the weather. Regular running immunizes the body, tempers it and increases tolerance to rapid changes in atmospheric pressure. Thanks to this, the susceptibility to depression and malaise, caused by changes in the weather, is reduced. Running slows down aging processes and enables you to gain a youthful figure and efficiency. As shown by numerous tests, jogging since young age ,makes our bodies biologically younger than our peers’ who don’t make any sport, by 10-17 years, because biological age does not always coincide with a metric one.
People who start their running adventure can be divided into three groups.
1. People who want to lose weight and improve their physical condition.
2. People for whom jogging becomes a lifestyle.
3. Third group consists of people who have sports ambitions and a desire to compete in street running
What gives regular running?
1. Increases endurance
2. Oxygen the brain
3. Teaches time management
4. It makes pattern to follow
5. Provide a premium in the form of a extended life
6. Counteracts depression
Where can you run in Wroclaw?
• West Park – section about 1900m, most of the gravel route

What is this laser thing anyway?
For those of you who have never heard about laser tag, I’ll explain it quickly. Laser tag is a game played with guns which fire infrared beams. Therefore each player must wear infrared sensitive targets (i.e. vest, headbands). Games are hosted indoors or outdoors. There are many types of matches, for instance team or solo deathmatch, capture the flag, base defense and more. Compared to paintball, laser tag is painless.
You can gather your friends (about 10-20 people) and make a reservation to have a whole arena just for yourselves. You can also go solo and join a random group of players.

Hello, all newcomers from abroad,
If you come from a country where the law is more liberal and you can have a weapon without problems or simply you are passionate about shooting, it’s not lost. The fact that you are in a country where possession of a weapon by a civilian is prohibited by law does not mean that you can’t continue your passion. You can always use professional shooting ranges, which are many in Lower Silesia and the whole country. We will focus on the area of Wroclaw. We have several professional shooting ranges at our disposal, where under the supervision of an instructor you can use the arsenal of the shooting range and practice your shooting skills. Some of the shooting ranges, unfortunately, belong to their club and you can’t come literally from the street to be able to train for entertainment. But there are at least two shooting ranges worth recommending, where you can freely come, pay and use their shooting tracks. A big plus is that both are located practically in the city center, which solves the problem of transport.
„WAR-ZONE & LASER TAG”
The first of the proposed shooting ranges is “War-Zone & Laser Tag” and is located at ul. Sztabowa 32 in an old post-German bunker in the military area. As the name suggests, the shooting range consists of two areas. The first area is a laser-tag arena. It is the only two-story labyrinth in Wroclaw, where you can create a track yourself with moving obstacles and curtains. The labyrinth consists of tires, doors, barrels, stairs, ladders and mysterious passages. All moving obstacles can be freely moved. Many corridors and lanes make the game even more interesting. The old walls of the German military shelter with a floating smokescreen and properly selected music create an unforgettable, dark atmosphere. At the same time, up to 8 players can currently be in the labyrinth. You can arrange integration and occasional parties and birthdays for children there.
The second separate area is a typical shooting range, where you can shoot with firearms under the supervision of instructors. We have many short and long weapons units at our disposal. Starting from the latest pistols and rifles used today in all units, through weapons used during World War II, ending with various pistols, revolvers and historical shotguns. In addition to the availability of individual weapons, you can order thematic weapon packages, for example “World War 2”, “ladies’ weapons”, “made in Israel”, “made in Russia”, “Police package”, “US Army” and many more. The prices depend on the type of weapon and the amount of ammunition purchased. For example, for PLN 100, we have a fee for entering the shooting range PLN 20-25 and three pistols for each 10 shots or 20 shots from the AK-47. More details can be found at www.war-zone.com.pl.
Another shooting range worth visiting is “ProGun”, which is located in the basement of the Świebodzki Railway Station at Plac Orląt Lwowskich 20B. The entrance is located under the northern wing of the Świebodzki Station from the side of Robotnicza Street.
A common passion and many years of collecting firearms by the owners of the shooting range meant that we have at our disposal a wide range of weapons used by the world’s largest armies.
Shooting packs available in ProGun will allow you to familiarize yourself with the capabilities of the most popular weapon models, and the safety of each participant is supervised by an experienced instructor.
The price of the package is the entire service:
– discussion of the operation of the weapon
– rules for safe handling
– discussing the attitudes of shooting
– the most important elements in customs shooting
– shields, stickers
Package prices start from PLN 100 for the simplest one, up to PLN 300 for the richest one. Of course, by prior arrangement, you can compose your own package from a very large list of weapons. In addition to the price should be added 25 PLN for entering the object. Details of the offer can be found at www.progun.pl.
To use both shooting ranges, you must make an appointment by phone or e-mail. Both shooting ranges are open throughout the week, except Monday for War-Zone. I invite all enthusiasts to have fun!
The Horse Racing course at Partynice is one of the popular + places. All families come to the races in search of fun.
The Wrocław Horse Racing Track Partynice is one of three such facilities in Poland, next to Służewiec and the track in Sopot.
The track was opened in 1907, previously the horse race was seen by the inhabitants of Wrocław on the track at Szczytniki. In the interwar period of the twentieth century it was one of the most popular forms of entertainment, the competition was organized here until 1941. After World War II, the first races took place in 1952.
One of the brighter moments in the history of the Partynice track was in 1969, when, in place of Czech Praga, the capital of Lower Silesia hosted participants of the annual meeting with English blood horses from Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Poland, Hungary and the USSR. Partynice witnessed the huge success of Polish horses, which in terms of the amount of prizes won took second place behind Hungarian steeds, beating the rarely losing team of the Soviet Union.
Partynice is being revived
For several years, the trend of spending Sunday at Partynice is being revived. On racing days, there are even several thousand spectators of different ages. They are not only enthusiasts of sports competition, but also people who like to spend time in a friendly environment.
The Partynice track is primarily organized for English Thoroughbreds – a breed created specifically for races over three hundred years ago in the British Isles, but the program also includes Arabian horse racing, fence races, obstacles and trotting races.
In the season, the most important races are: Wielka Partnicka, Wielka Wrocławska, Lira – Oaks prize, the President of the City of Wrocław Award, the Ruthenian Award and the Constellation Award. Since 2016, races in the international Crystal Cup series have also been organized in Wrocław. More and more often horses from reputable stables in the Czech Republic and Germany come to competitions to Wrocław.
At the Wroclaw Racetrack Partynice there are also family picnics, dog competitions and other events.
During the racing days on the track, there are catering, beer gardens, food trucks.

The electric smart scooter in Wroclaw
The traffic is awful in the town of Wroclaw. During rush hours, even the traffic appears outside of the town. Sometimes walking is faster than riding a car or using a public transit. But if the destination is far away, also walking is hard. The electric scooter is changing the landscape of urban transit.
Where to ride an electric smart scooter in Wroclaw
Wroclaw streets already have roads with separate lanes for bicyclists and rollerskaters. Also, you can ride an electric scooter on the sidewalk. Mostly the speed is maximum 40/hr and it proves its’ stability. The eco-friendly scooter is lightweight so it is portable. The traffic can’t make the scooter stopped. If you want to ride on the sidewalk, you can travel a few miles in a personalized fashion. The workers who have moving lines with a fast-speed may be interested in this little vehicle.
If you ride an electric scooter in a daily life, what happens to you.
On that first ride, a few things become apparent. You are more likely to respect traffic laws on a scooter than on a bike. You will not be late for your work. Any more traffic will not annoy you like before so your character will become kinder than before. So you can reduce a commuting time.
